Tia Maria Torres is dedicating her life to saving pit bulls…and prisoners

Meet Scooby, a Cocker Spaniel mix. He was left on a shelter when his owners passed away.  It was difficult to lose a family, but what’s even harder is to look for another one especially for an older dog. As a senior dog, he’s often overlooked in the shelter. When people adopt dogs, they usually get stronger and younger ones. Thus, older dogs in the shelter have lesser chance of being adopted.

So Scooby was given a second chance. He got an awesome transformation that will show what he really looks like. He seemed to enjoy the process.

He was given a full bath. Then, his tangles were removed and he had a hair cut. Now he looks totally amazing. He’s ready to find his forever home.
